Tow bar 13 pin wiring

Does anyone know if the tow bars still come not wired for the fridge and charge or are they sorted now
They are still unwired. When I checked, BMW told me that the UK is the only country using all pins. Despite us all buying UK Spec cars (silly assumption really) the wiring isn’t done. Something to do with Continental rules.
If your dealer hasn’t warned you in writing, and it isn’t in their brochures, then I believe you have a reasonable case to ask them to repair the wiring. I have had two done for free. Only Mini refused for our Countryman and that was (they said) no ‘repair kit’ was available.
