Rear fog light replacement , what and how?

What bulb type is it and how?
Is the rear fog light in both rear left and and right clusters?

On my e53 it has the fog on both sides but not sure on your car.
Regarding what bulb have you had a look on a bulb site with a bulb finder like this one.

Not all models have both bulbs or wiring present. There must be one on the driver’s side but the passenger side is optional.

Another intermittent warnin light saying error on rear fog light
It’s not always showing but checked my driver rear is working

Could be a dodgy bulb holder? Either corroded or just mucky. E70s are known for it.
