Disconnect the battery for 20mins (min) negative lead off and on last...it might just re-set it....if not reply back and I'll rack my brains...

I take it the Nav, TV option shows on the screen menu. Did they work before? Or is the car a recent purchase?
If the car is a recent purchase a previous owner may have had an after market headunit fitted and sold the Nav CD and TV units check the left cubby in the boot to see if the CD and Nav units are there.
