Hi,
can I safely fit swap my 19" wheels for 20" msport types without worry of diff problems?

If both from an E70 yes. It’s the outer diameter with tyres that counts. As long as the 20” wheels have the correct tyres - as shown on the tyre pressure plate on the B pillar - there is no issue. I have a winter 19” and summer 20” set.
