right where to start.
makes a horrid sound like a woshing sound and amp feed back if off. no music from any source radio cd or tape.
Now the funny part if you run it through the launch tool and run a test can turn it on all ok till turn the car off then back to no sound.....any ideas
2004 4.4 with sat nav

Sounds like the BM54 amp in the boot may have died.  Have a look for ‘Baris’ or Cartronics on here.  He has a good rep for fixing and upgrading these units.

Amp down by the battery, so a good opportunity to make sure there is no water in there!
