Crap paint

My E53 is fighting till the last...Since deciding to sell she's been sodding around and now she's sold she's being a right cnut 
Part of the deal was for me to get a blemish 
on the roof paint repaired....No probs or so we (me and the painter) thought. The original paint/primer is reacting with the sealer/primer/colour coat and laquer........ So a small insignificant repair, if not fixable looks like a complete respray.....
Note to all.....wash and WAX....REGULARLY As for paint protection film.....GET IT !!
