wheel replacement corrosion

After taking the x5  for propshaft recall on friday i asked about the wheels being replaced due to corrosion,today i got a call from cooper bmw teeside ,bmw uk will replace the wheels as a good will gesture.I will have too pay £170 towards the cost of the replacement wheels im happy too pay as the car is now coming up 5 years old.very pleased with Bmw teeside.

Good result. People knock the customer service sometimes, but in my experience it’s not bad. I had a full set of injectors and coils as goodwill on my old 5 series, that was probably a grands worth I got for free on a 5 year old car.
