Just bought an X5 4.8is 2008 7 seater. Being delivered next week; hugely excited the test drive was awesome. I’ve got it booked in to have a dash cam added already as well as dension kit for iPod integration.
I’ve read that the 4.8 engines benefit from frequent oil changes. Last service was at non-BMW all previous were main dealer - should i take the car back to main dealer for an oil change? Cost not an issue, more the trouble as our nearest main dealer is 20 miles away.
