Hi, just wondering if any one has considered having  tyre sealent in there tyre as prevention from a puncture my car is the m sport staggered set up with 20" wheels with runflat Bridgestone tyres as I believe if you have a puncture in one tyre you have to replace tyres as pairs, so having tyre sealent before you have a puncture make sense? What do you guys think? There are couple of companies I've found offering this service

www.bikeseal.co.uk

And

I used to use Puncturesafe and never had any issues.  Being water based it doesn’t annoy tyre fitters at change time.
