Does an E53, 2004 model, meet the Euro 4 emissions referred to in the regs for T Charge, or would it be liable to the T Charge?

Perfect, thanks, tells me that my 2004 E53 does not meet Euro4 and is subject to the charge.

Weird, because my Dec ‘04 built one (218bhp) does and isn’t!

which makes me somewhat sceptical of the results. How do I find out elsewhere if I am euro4 standard or not?

See if the figures on your V5C are lower than these figures.....
Euro 4 emissions standards (diesel)
CO: 0.50g/km
HC + NOx: 0.30g/km
NOx: 0.25g/km
PM: 0.025g/km
