Gauging interest, 2005 X5 3.0i before trade in....

Hi, we currently are looking at changing our secondary car for a 1 series, and BMW are low balling on the trade in price on our X5 so thought I'd ask on here and see if anyone would be interested.
It's a 2005 (55 plate) 3.0i Sport in silver
Black leather (non heated)
Electric seats
Quite a low spec car no nav or anything but it runs and drives superbly.
Currently on 126k miles
New MOT on the 7th August
4 new accelerara iota tyres in July
Could do with a service, and a FSR as the interior fan got stuck on high last week.
Clean car, creamy smooth engine and changes up and down gears nice and smoothly.
The only reason we are changing is my wife's commute has doubled and 19mpg soon gets a bit much!!!
