I will be taking delivery of my new X3 within the next two weeks and i am interested to know what the best method of coding is.

I would like to code my wing mirrors to fold when locked, tyre temps etc,

Is the HUD hardware installed on all X3's

Can’t help with coding software but you could have a look at the Carly App and dongle.

HUDs are an optional extra on most models BMW make - some of the more expensive models (7series etc) might get it as standard but the rest of us have to pay.

Had a look at Carly but I would rather do it on my own with a laptop. I have seen a few guides and it looks fairly easy
