New X5 owner - Thank You

Having relatively recently caught the X5 bug I've spent the past four months or so researching the best fit for me. This process came together on Saturday when I took ownership of an immaculate silver 2012 40d, full spec, black interior, pan roof, 7 seats etc etc. Absolutely beautiful and a dream to drive. A big thank you to all xdriver members whose invaluable advice, tips and hints have helped me choose. This is my very first diesel experience, having been the previous owner of several V6's and V8's petrol cars. Whilst not quite the same engine and exhaust tones of the past, I can say to all of you who said 40d owners wouldn't be disappointed by that huge "growl" when the taps are opened up... you weren't wrong. Loved the forum so much I've now joined to post this big thank you.
