Coolant Leak

Post by dani_armo » Fri Jul 21, 2017 1:36 pm

I have a 56 3.0d Le mans Blue that has got a small coolant leak (dripping down from pretty much where the front jacking point is/where the undertray joins the other metal tray).

I know I am going to have to drop the tray for a better look but before I do has anyone got any ideas where this could be coming from, or what to look for. I have topped up aprrox 250ml of coolant and the level hasnt dropped much but once the car has been sitting for a while (after it has been driven) the drip starts  :( :(

The engine bay is dry with no visible sign of a leak near the tank etc so it seems to be coming from under the engine somewhere...

Could be the tank itself or a leaking hose.
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
