Cracked Rear Spring replacement + what best for towing

What make and/or spec of rear springs is recommended when replacing cracked OEMs please. And ideally I want something trouble free and that will cope with towing a caravan. Many thanks.

On my old X3 2.0d the car dealer fitted Sachs from Eurocarparts as he said they had been less troublesome from his experience.
On my current X3 3.0sd I fitted Lesjofers last week as they seemed a much thicker spring but as said I only fitted them last week.

Thanks. I certainly don't want OEM.
