INPA readout confirmation needed please.

Good morning all. Having replaced an injector last week, I've just got around to running INPA and have just the one engine error showing. 5651 Rough Idle Speed Controller. So ran live data and have the following screenshots. The first is injector values at tick over and the second is rough idle values. Now it looks to me as if No4 (the injector I replaced) may be faulty in some way? or if not the other 5 are. The car is an 02 3.0d M57 DDE4
