54 Reg 4.8is - Sold

I'm just giving people the heads up on mine as there will be two prices. First one is as it is (with a couple of niggles) then, if I get the chance I am going to fix the niggles but then obviously sell for more.
I have a 54 Reg 4.8is, sapphire black, 134k miles, 5 owners, black heated leather seats with wood trim. The self level suspension has been removed but (niggle 1) it currently triggers a warning on the dash saying it is inactive. Niggle 2 is that the satnav isn't working. I initially thought this was the disc as there was a copied disc in the reader but having purchased a genuine disc it just says 'Please wait' when I select sat nav. The radio, cd changer, cpu etc. function fine though.
Other than this it is a decent car and I feel that offers around £4300 would be fair and would give plenty of scope for someone to get things sorted out.
Since owning it I've replaced the heater control valve, some door handle carriers have been replaced and some replacement linkages. There are no dents, plenty of tread on every tyre (I'd say 5mm) the panoramic roof functions as it should and I was told it was replaced under warranty at some point, it has fully working folding mirrors. Rear bushes were done a couple of years ago. It pulls well, sounds lovely and looks great. I'm selling as I am now teaching on a supply basis and having to travel much further than the 3 miles a day I used to. I'm not interested in a px as I now have an A3 tdi. I have had lots of offers between 2800 ) and 3600 but feel that as it is, is worth more.
9months MOT, last advisories were that the handbrake will likely need adjusting and there was slight corrosion to brake pipes - if you want to do a history check the previous plate was OO03 JCT. Lots of receipts and full service history (mixture of dealer and Indy). Three service lights remaining.
Here she is:
I'll add more photos as soon as I can.
