Hi all
Im after a bit of advice please. I want to remove my CD changer, and replace it with some kind of iPod interface. I have a x5 E70, 2008 , with CCC and nav.
Can this be done? i don't use the changer as there is a Cd player just above the DVD player

Does it not have the USB / phono plugs in the cubby arm rest? My 3 series does, as does a lot of E70's
I bought a lead off eBay and had an old iPhone 4 that can be controlled via the CCC IDrive.

I do have a 3.5 MM. jack , in the arm rest , but no usb port
