Am I right in thinking these are 2013 tyres.

From memory (and if I'm reading the DOT week and year number correctly) 2 of them are 2013 and the other 2 are 1-2 years older but will have to go in the garage to double check

But as they are not winter tyres the year is not as critical, as winter tyre's harden over time

Allowing this to run with OP having under 25 posts as has been here a few months and made an intro post a while back.....
