Called into my tyre centre to try out there new alignment machine although all was good the rear nuts for adjusting the suspension were seized the guy tried to free them but no go ,
Should i keep spraying them with penetrating oil for a while then try them again or get a bit of heat at them

When people have the 4 wheel alignment done and it shows up excessive camber on the rear wheels its
probably worn bottom ball joints.
The ball joints cant be easily tested for wear as you have to prop the body on axle stands and depressurise the air suspension, which unloads the play in the ball joint.
If the adjusters are seized , the adjustment probably hasn't moved.

Hi
Also keep on with the penetrating oil, I use plus gas very good, but suspension bits are notorious for being hard to undo and as Horizon says there's technical way of doing it because of the Air suspension.
Hope you get it sorted.

This is really helpful for me actually - How do you depressurise, and then repressurise, the system please?

If you read some of my previous posts you will see the agro I've had with mine. I managed to get them un done with a combo of brute force and harsh language.. I did buy spare bolts in case they snapped.

To de-pressurise look in the boot spare wheel area and you will see two little black cylinders/ reservoirs with a pipe going in near the top, if memory serves the pipes are red one side blue the other. held in place by 10mm brass connectors. Undo them and let the air out, obviously ensure the keys are out of ignition. When finished your work and pipes are secured in place just turn on ign and compressor will refill reservoirs and inflate airbags.

Hi Beamer the guy had a large Snap-on bar and socket on them .. they were not for moving so will keep spraying them for a few weeks and try again
