Just taken delivery of my f15 M sport, now I remember why I loved my previous X5. There was nothing wrong with the X4 but the X5 is in a different league, for ride, built, trim quality and economy! So far, very happy.

Yes it is new, made sure the order was for delivery before the 1st of April and the new tax penalty.
30d M sport, black sappire, ivory white leather, tow bar, steering wheel heating, 20" V spokes, panoramic roof.
Sun protection glass, comfort seats, American oak trim, high beam assist, surround view and park assist.
Not sure about the colour, it looked great in the show room but by the time I got it home, well you can imagine.

I had a black escort back in 1982 and vowed never to buy black again, well I have, not a lot of choice on the X5.

I quite like black, and wanted ivory interior as well, but got a good deal on a 16 plate so decided to go with that...

I am getting the comfort seats on the msport, having come from a standard seat msport - what is your view on the seats?much difference?

The comfort seats are much better for me than the sport seats, more support and as the name suggests more comfort. Lots of toys on the new car and not played with them all yet.

I had 4.4 e53 and loved that's so had a 40d e70 and loved that, I then thought I would have a X4, didn't love that, now happy to be back in an X5.

The comfort seats are amazing!

I agree about the comfort seats......those are one of the main reasons I chose the X5.

As requested, some pic's of my X5. I have only had it two weeks but the fuel consumption is DRAMATICALY better than the X4, the ride is better, the fit and finish is better, in fact it is in a different league.

Lovely car, but urm.... upside down pictures?
