The watch has never been worn, never tried on etc etc and as such is like new.
Everything is with the watch, outer box, clothe bag, inner leather wallet, all strap changing tools, warranty card, manual.
The warranty card has been filled in by the supplying dealer, but has never been filled in with owners details, so you would be the first registered owner, and benefit from the full manufacturers warranty.
RRP on these is £5.5K and as far as I know you can't get any deals on them, which makes this one very cheap.
