Drivers door handle

Drivers door won't open from outside but will open from inside,any ideas?

Fitted this morning.bit fiddly but sorted now,£32 and 3 hours,local indie wanted around £250 so not bad going.

Nice one bet it opens like a new door now. £250 sounds a bit steep wonder if they were quoting for the lock and carrier as I know the Oem locks are pricey.

I originally got carrier replaced but then had to have lock done because the ball joint from lock cable was worn and not staying in carrier clip.

He quoted around 100 for the part,100 labour plus the vat,definately worth having a go to replace if your fairly handy.

Think I paid about £115 all in for the carrier replacement , it was drivers door so just wanted it sorted quickly as it was a pain.

If any of the others go I'll do them myself the drivers door is so smooth to open now although the passengers side is perfectly fine I can notice the difference between the two.

Well done for getting out in the cold and doing it yourself [emoji3]
