I guess they don't want 4x4 as we head into summer, probably more interested in convertibles. Generally the prices of 4x4 go up in autumn and winter.

Also you will find they keep sending you improved offers over the next few weeks, as they start low and go up, and as they say you can always increase your offer, but it's harder to reduce one.

I think they must work on some people just want to get rid of their car and so take the 1st offer available whatever it is.

However, if desperate i would offer you £60 to take it off your hands. )

and thats the top value! if you take the car into them for a once over, believe me, they will pick up every mark on the bodywork, even ones you cant see!  and lower the price even more.

However!, its a convenient way to get rid of a problematic car as there only intersted in the body work and sevice history. they never even drove mine or tested any of the electric toys.  >:D

What a joke lol, I purchased my 3.0D, 100k mileage, FSH, 1 previous owner for 6k in December.

They ask me about every 4 months on the VW R32 cos I put it in about 4 years ago. Today they tell me I'll likely be banned from entering London in the near future. Probably cos of the horrenderous emmissions on the V6. Bonus, another good reason not to enter the capital

Banned no, charged more yes.  New £10 'Toxic' charge from 23/10/17 for cars made before 2005 or not EU4 standard on top of the Congestion Charge.

Another good reason not to drive in London......or just avoid it generally

The only things there are .... Pick-Pockets, Robbers - ie MP's & Dirty bird shit covered concrete buildings... and more Bird-Shit...

I cannot think of one solitary reason why I would want to go to London, other than watch it all sink into the Thames...
