Can someone ease explain to me what the vehicle tax law is being introduced in April ?? My tax is I think £518 a year. A fella was telling me that road tax was taking a hike on the 1st April 2017.

I believe it's for new cars only and it goes on the list price of the car

I sure do hope so. Thanks very much. If it gets any dearer I am going to complain about the states of the roads lol.

Only for new cars registered from March 2017

I am lucky/grateful having an 05 reg. ...... wee bit cheaper
