So, I want to play....

2013 X5 E70.

Can I have apps or connected drive?

Folding mirrors on locking?

Anything else?

Can't help with the apps

Try holding down the lock button and the mirrors should fold, windows close, if you have a pano roof, that shall close as shall the blind
