2008 2.0D X3 judder at low speed between around 10 and 20 mph. Seems to be fine after 20 odd mph dont know if linked to one gear ? Doesnt seem to be getting anyworse

What tyres are fitted, and how much tread on each axle?  Just as an interest item, and with kkx5 suggesting what I feared too, it might give a clue.

2008 2.0d n47, very, i call this "unique" transfer box. Comes only with this engine...

Had exactly the same issues with my E70 and it was definitely the transfer box ,just as the gurus have said......mine was fortunately a warranty job and I now have a nice new one and no more judder at all. Apparently costs runs into several thousand pounds if done by the main dealers..........best find a specialist like kkx5 f you can.
