Advice on value of my car

I am considering trading up to an F15.  I am most likely going to trade my E70 in, however I would be interested in what people feel would be a fair private sale price. 
Car is 08 30D SE with high spec including: Dynamic Pack, Nappa Leather, Pro Nav, TV, Panoramic Roof,  Advanced speakers, Reversing Camera, Bluetooth etc. 
Has FBMWSH and sits at 79K. 
Still under BMW warranty and has had recent new brakes and new pan roof under warranty.

Hi, thanks for the interest but for simplicity I'm going to trade him in.  Is a lovely car but having never sold privately I'm just too far out of my comfort zone.
