Hi, I have a 3.0d sport, having issues starting it, it will only start with some easy start, without it, it will just crank but not turn over, once started it drives fine no issues. Picture shows the codes that come up.

I had the 09F6 code and bad starting.
The net came up with some nightmare solutions but i just changed the fuel filter and the car starts a lot better now and the code doesn't come back now.

Rail pressure monitoring low and correction high looks like fuel pressure, and a crudded up filter is a common source.  As above, worth looking at first.  Fuel filters are often ignored at service, and more often by non-BMW dealers.

You should be able to get the filter from Eurocarparts and there are videos on YouTube.

Couldn't help but reply, back in the day when operating below -20c the engines used to get addicted to easy start, even used to light fires under the base tanks(held the fuel pumps) to heat up the diesel. Of course long before H&S took over. Bearing in mind the vehicles were full of ammo it probably was a tad risky.

The fuel filter is an easy swap out & can be done in 2 hrs easily... it is a grovel on your back job tho... and best done under a ramp.
The filter is available from Flea-Bay under £20... and may well solve a lot of the issues you're having... I had all sorts of fueling & warnings before swapping my filter out.
