Car pulls to the left

So I've been to a reputable independent wheel alignment place
Very reputable that garages use him, race, modified etc
I've been a few times in the x5 but the readings keep changing for some reason and struggling to stop the pulling to the left.
Have had new tyres before, swapped wheels round etc.
Anyone else experienced this?
Going to need new tyres again so want to see what else to consider
Been to a couple of garages for services, whilst in the air each garage has checked bushes etc. but nothing looks like an issue.

What tyres are you using? I had a car that had Bridgestone Potenza's and it pulled... changed to Toyo or Michellin and never had the same problem, although I can't explain why that might have been an issue.
Turks.

I used to have potenza's on the Type R and they were notorious for tramlining. I switched to yokohamas and they were miles better. Some tyres have stiffer sidewalls than others, so it could be that. Annoying though!

If the setting keep changing between alignment do you also have odd tyre wear?
My guess would be suspension bushes and rear subframe bushes, suspension bushes will cause tyre wear subframe bushes will cause random rear wheel steering.
You dont say what model or mileage X5's suspension bushes last about 80k. Due to the air suspension at the rear the only way to check the bushes is to deflate the suspension (or compress it with a special tool) You would be amazed at how much wear the air suspension takes up, inside edge wear is a give away.

It's a 35d/ 3.0sd 58 plate
Sport model with 20" wheels and adaptive suspension
Latest setting has left the front left tyre wear more on the outside edge
Other tyres seem fine
It was happening when I purchase at 60k and now about 20k
I notice it, but wife who drives it more doesn't bother her
But say on a flat motorway it would swerve to the left if hands taken off steering wheel

If it is only one tyre there is definitely something wrong, has the alignment been carried out by the same place? It is not unheard of for a lazy fitter to make all the adjustment from one side?? Particularly when the other maybe really difficult due to seizure.
Do you have air suspension all round? Forget that just looked at real oem seems you have struts I would find a good Independent BMW specialist and get things checked out properly.

Yes same place carrying out alignment
I trust him as mentioned comes highly recommended
It's been checked over at garages when in for servicing , no real signs of wear or play anywhere

Just a thought.
Has the car been involved in any accidents, that you know of.?
Or,
It could be one of the front suspension struts is , maybee slightly bent, due to large pothole damage... It sounds daft i know, but it has been known to happen, as some of the potholes are massive nowadays...

Hard to tell if the suspension is bent
