DAB cuts out when going over a bump

As above really, whenever I go over a pot hole (unavoidable around here!) or over some traffic calming humps, the signal goes from pretty good to zero and after a few seconds it comes back. FM seems fine.
I know DAB reception isn't always brilliant, but I'm pretty sure I've got a loose connection somewhere.
Does anyone know where the DAB tuner and aerials are? I've got a 2010 (LCI) 40D with factory Nav/TV/DAB (no combox) - note MUST update profile - lol!
I've got a 'shark fin' on the roof and what look like heating elements in the rear side windows - what are these for?. Has anyone else had a similar problem/cure?
Struggling to Google this as everyone seems to want to sell me an after-market DAB kit!

I think DAB tuner may be inside the CCC system up front. Sounds like a loose aerial lead either front or back.
'Elements' on the side window are the radio/TV aerial parts. Sharkfin is more for mobile phone use than much else.
I believe the aerials connect into a 'diversity unit' which splits the frequencies according to type (AM/FM/DAB/TV) and feeds the signals to the receiver(s). You will need to get the boot area side panels off to get at anything behind them.
There should be an amp in the left rear quarter panel too if the drawings make any sense.

I looked at Realoem but use the last 7 of your VIN then check under the Audio sub-section.

You mean to say you haven't got a full set of blue prints covering the lounge wall????
