Brake Discs and Pads

What sort of mileage have you guys got from your brake discs and pads? I'm coming up for 30,000 miles and the front pads will need done in a couple of hundred miles and the rears have around 3000 miles left in them, just wondered if this was in line with what everyone else was getting?

Had mine changed at 30 k all round because of warping and over half the life left but according to the I drive it had about 12 k left
