I have a problem with annoying door seal noise over rough pavement. I tried a mix of silicone grease and silicone spray lube to treat my door seals. First I had cleaned them, of course.

After a day or so, it was worse.  Elsewhere in this forum I found a suggestion to try Gummi Pflege Stift. Amazon.fr will of course immediately log you out if you use any language other than that of Napoleon, so I went to amazon.de and found this one. https://goo.gl/98lXok

Oddly, our E53 does not have this problem, and the E70 is said to be rather stiffer in the body. Moving over west of the pond next year, I plan to step up to an F15 M50d and my hope is that those door seals squeak naught, as it were.

Mine did this and it drove me mad, i tried everything to stop i even had all the rubbers replaced, the weatherstrip at the top of the doors replaced and nothing worked. The only thing that stopped the noise was the rain the water must have been lubing something. Anyway couldn't live with it anymore so sold for a 640 and nevr looked back. Hope you find a solution as apart from this issue i really liked my x5.
