Does anyone how to get a small scratch off the inside of my window please

You'll need a glass polish and elbow grease, or the right power tool.  You will need to be careful as the window is toughened glass and there is a (low) risk of a scratch leading to a sudden failure so care is needed when polishing it out.  Depending upon depth there could be a few hours of work involved.

You could try one of the windscreen crack fixes and see it that makes it better?  It would make it less visible.
