Warm starting problems

Hi folks have been having problems with my x5 3.0d starts first thing but won't restart when warm/hot
Just had a mech read the fault codes and he came back with low pressure on fuel rail on cranking and glow plugs
Can anyone advise where the fuel rail pressure switch is and how easy is it to change I think I can probably do the glow plugs just poss need to plus gas them out if they've been in for a while
Any advice ref pressure sensor would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance lee
