Good luck
It took me months to find the right spec
I'm not sure what mine is worth, but for the right money might be tempted to part. Used by the wife and kids
But mines is 2008 58 plate I think, currently on private age with c.85k miles
Black
Black leather
Silver trim
3.0sd/ 35d twin turbo
7 seats
Nav
Front and rear parking sensors
20" sport wheels
Xenons
Heated seats
Bluetooth phone prep
So pretty much ticks all your wish list
Plus mine has more, pretty sure I did some research and options total was near £20k!
Adaptive drive
Active steering
Rear camera
Climate control
4 zone control - rear digital heating controls
Comfort seats - electric and memory
Seat hearing front and rear
Auto high beam
Adaptive headlights
Dvd and rear screen
Heads up display
Cd changer
Professional hi FI system
Tints

Can check exact mileage over the weekend
3rd owner
Previous owner was a business person who bought off his boss or something
Has full service history. Mix of BMW and independent
Price, I need to do some research and compare to be honest
But would hope £18-19k with the spec

Hi
They do come up but not too often, it's best is to work out the price, spec you want 3.0d, 4.0d, 35d, M50d etc, and the options you must have / can't live without and those that are just extra and then go from there.
As Celica said it takes time to find your right car as a lot of cars don't have too many options, the better spec'd cars generally appear in BMW approved franchises. But there are plenty of them out there, but the good cars with good specs can go quickly, I spotted lots of possibles and within 1-2 weeks they had sold, so it does help to be able to decided quickly if it's the car for you and and if not move on to the next, that's the great thing with the Internet you can find cars across the country.
My search took about a year and in that time the budget increased, the car spec changed with extra options the more I read and learnt. In the end I didn't get every option I wanted, so I compromised on the heated steering wheel,
) but that's what happens unless you can afford a new car which you can spec to your taste.
Don't forget to read the E70 buyers guide, and when looking at a car check all the electrics work more than once in addition to all the normal checks on buying a car.
Finally There was an add link below of an E70 X5 3.0d but now in BMW network

Both were options on pretty much every model. Company car drivers get clobbered for options costs and BMW catered for that market by making everything apart from the car an option......at a suitable price of course.

Makes sense
A friend just picked up a new discovery sport hse as company car
Standard alloys look ugly! Although she did put on a couple other options
