EGR Valve

Post by pcdee » Thu May 19, 2016 1:05 pm

Afternoon all

I'm looking to replace the EGR valve as my temp isn't going over 80.

There seems to be two part numbers:

11717804381 (S169A=yes)
11717804382  (S169A=no)

The above is of REALOEM, what is S169A?

Diesel Catalytic Converter fitted.  Needed for EU3 certification - which yours is.

Are you talking coolant temp? I had a similar coolant temp which caused the mpg to drop off. I replaced the main and egr thermostat and that cured it.

I had the thermostat replaced but didn't cure it so it has to be EGR valve .....I'm hoping
