Hi guys

I have a 2008 X3 2.0d with a 6 speed auto gearbox

the shaft has snapped that comes out of the side of the gearbox which attaches to the gear lever.

apparentley its a rare model as the shaft comes out of the right hand side.

Would anyone have this shaft or know where i could get one ?

Or i need the 11 digit code off the sticker on the gearbox by the starter motor as mine is missing so i cannot get the number off it to order parts from ZF gearbox parts.

Have a look at Realoem.  It's a copy of the BMW parts database and kept up to date.

To find the right model, put the last 7 characters of your VIN into the 'Serial Number' box.
