Your brief list of issues can only be answered briefly but if you can offer more of a description of the problems then answers can be more complete.
Code reader is bmw scanner 1.4
Pdc Is normally the sensors... Put your ear to them and listen for a ticking whilst the ignition is.on, engine off and shifted into reverse gear.
Bluetooth ulf is often difficult to pair, do a search here, but ignition position 1, press pairing button for 1 second and turn key to ignition position 2 whilst depressing the button for another couple of seconds and the Bluetooth pairing should begin. Also ulf modules are fussy, so where a generation 1 may pair with Nokia windows phone and iPhone,  it may take a later generation for other mobiles. There are 13 generations.
And welcome!  :)

Pdc was working fine but now when I select reverse it beeps for a second and then just flashes

With the Bluetooth I have done the set up steps but nothing happening.no msg on the clocks or radio
Car is 05 with sat nav and Dsp if that makes any difference

Are the scanning software with obd lead on eBay any good just they seem very cheap

One or more of your sensors may be broken for the PDC, I bought BMW Scanner from ebay and although it can be a bit of a nightmare to connect and get working (I have a fairly old Win 7 laptop that runs it ok, not sure if newer machines are ok or not) it is fairly cheap. If yours is like mine and one of the front sensors has gone belly up you can disable the front sensors.

Bluetooth, ok again not always easy and depends on what mood your car is in. Have you got the static bluetooth code that comes with your car? Its on a module in the boot floor if u haven't. Do you get the 3 flashing lights on the top right hand corner of the radio when u start the pairing process?

Check you have a Bluetooth module first if so then check wiring in centre console where Bluetooth switch is for some reason the plug on mine was off refitted all ok but best get software so you can clear other phones etc much easier I've just been working down your area for 8 weeks but across size well now always have scanner with me
