Reverse camera with Top view

I've ordered one but will it have option of simply reversing camera to see only what's behind the car like a normal reverse camera or it will always be top view as you can see in x5 brochure ?

Yes you can toggle between rear and top views by pressing down in the idrive - tested it in one of my test drives ... Great option to go for especially for parking around town!

Not sure about the rear visibility on the X5, but the X6 is definitely tricky. I added the full camera system option and it gives you a camera in each front wing, under the side mirrors and the tailgate. Very useful. Always carry a microfibre cloth in the car though as the rear camera gets filthy very quickly and it becomes difficult to see what's there. I still can't work out exactly where the front and rear of the X6 is so I use the cameras to help out.
