well i bought my latest F25 and a rare red vermillion, stunning , just right for retirement . 9mths and just fitted new non rft tyres 10mins down the road and she is now a right off. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
a bloke did a u turn dead in front of us and its goodbye to that.
Thank god i was in an X3 .
Just got another replacement and still very nervous but that was such a shock with the airbags deployed after 50yrs driving its really knocked us. I hope my confidence comes back soon.

The main thing is everybody is ok, when i had a bad accident on a motorbike my confidence came back quite quick after i started riding again, i know that everybody is different but hopefully you should be ok pretty quick.

I,m selling my Z4 now as its buggered my back up which is even more sad. also the private X3 plate, I think I would be a little nervous of it going on my new car now. ::)

The key is to keep driving. Time will slowly fade the accident to a distant memory. I found driving the same road over and over very cathartic. Encourage your wife/partner to go with you if she was in the car at the time of the collision.

thanks, I guess it will , even at my age now I was still a sharp driver I think the fact that I got no time to respond and it was so quick.
real shame the Z4 has to go though now .
The private plate was cool to ,had so many comments about it but i just dont feel I could put it back on now.

Sorry to hear about the accident, glad nobody was seriously injured. I too sold up my z4 (coupe) to get the X4. Really do like it though
