Odb clock setting

I have a 2002 BMW x5 I replaced the nav with a pioneer head unit but I need to set the clock on the odb how do I do that I looked everywhere online no one seems to know please help

A very wild guess, but can't you use the 2 buttons in the dash cluster? Try pushing one in and holding it in, if the clock comes up then push the other button to move the digits as required. Not sure which way round, but may be worth a go
