From my E53 days, a part worn but never punctured or damaged tyre On my gauge its shows 6.3mm in the centre, its been stored for some time but may as well go now if there's any interest.

£50 collected from Crowborough East Sussex. No pics to hand, its a tyre  ;)  But if necessary i could dig it out from its corner of the garage.

Hi buddy. I've just picked up a set of the 5 spoke 20" wheels for my E53. How old is this tyre?

Hi Steve,

Possibly interested in these for my fronts. Wouldn't be looking to pay more than £200 though as local tyre place has a sale on Pirellis at the mo working out at not much more than £100 each side for the fronts ;-)

Cheers
Dave J

Hi Dave
I think the best I could do is £200 I paid £250 each for them
don't think they have done anymore than 5 miles.
Regards Steve

On other forums i participate on piggy-backing anothers sales post is frowned upon  >:(

To answer the question i am not sure of age and its not easily accessible but its cheap when all said and done  :)  its less hassle to bin it i suspect. A PM message is always easier too.

Tyre age should be on one of the sidewalls as a 4-digit number indicating Week/Year or Month/Year.

Indeed it is but as noted whilst visible its not easily accessible. If there is/was a buyer i'd obviously have to extricate it but until then it lurks in its awkward corner of the garage.

Come my annual garage spring clean it is destined for the bin men now anyway, for the asking price its not worth hassle.
