Is this cause the gasket don't seal right ,is there a mod for this to stop water getting in and do they come off
Easy

It was quite a problem on the E70, I remember a few posts a while back where members had problems and warranty claims.
There is a gasket kit available aparantly,

Chances are the lights are damaged. I bought new revised gaskets but then ended up buying new lights which come with the gaskets. There was a guy on ebay selling from somewhere in Europe. Genuine BMW items. Theres a video on youtube showing how its done. Aussie fella I think. Its not difficult.

Took my inner lights out today and found that when fitted from new there is not enough sealant put around the top edge of the lights l have put some new windscreen sealant around the lights and that has done the job no more leaks .
Would of brought the gaskets but bmw wanted £12.98 + vat each windscreen sealant free.
