I purchased them used from local seller, although they are used they are as new condition, apparently they were purchased from LK PERFORMANCE approx 4 months ago.

Hi, they are 285/35/22 all round, was quite surprised with the ride, thought I'd feel every bump in the road but ride quite nice.  :)

Ive heard it can kill the transmission & other bits by going over 20" or have I been lead down a path of snakes n slime?

Sorry, forgot to add Beautiful wheels by the way.
Is there anywhere I can find how large the X5 can go? (2006 3.0d Sport)
Thank you

Not a bad design of wheel.

I ran 21" Alpina's and 22" AC rims no problem. There's no real issue as long as front to rear ratios are kept within tolerances.

I've never run OE tyres either (Run Yoko and Toyo's, etc) and no issues.
