Hi after a new door mirror just the glass other one liquid in it gone weird question is are they blue it does not look blue but ones on eBay say blue is this right cheers.

The blue tinted version is a fixed tint.  The electronic ones use an LCD layer and it sounds like that has gone manky.  Electrochromic mirror glass replacement is heap expensive.
