Loudspeaker impedance

Post by Intravenous de milo » Thu Feb 11, 2016 12:02 pm

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't find it.

I'm ripping out the old DSP, sat nav, cd changer and head unit and replacing it with a 'normal' headunit.

I'll be using the existing loudspeakers and because the loudspeakers used to go to the DSP, I will need to add crossovers. I therefore need to know what the factory loudspeaker impedances are.

Should be written on each magnet?
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

I was hoping to avoid the need to access the speakers themselves and planned to put the crossovers where the dsp used to be
