to M badge or not to M badge .....

Post by Super_M » Sun Feb 07, 2016 10:25 am

Seems to be the consensus is to have with out the M badge.

Why is this ?

Same as de-badging anything with a bit of poke in it, wolf in sheep's clothing etc ?

For me personally M badges should be on M cars and M performance models, but thats just my opinion at the end of the day its your car and if you like it then who cares what anybody else thinks :)

If it isn't an 'M' then it isn't badged as if it is.  Those who know will know anyway  :)

Just my opinion, it is your car, your choice.

At least it won't be a 316 with an M3 badge....that really is silly  :))

No M badge unless it is an 'M' car period (IMO)

Mines an m sport car, it has msport badges on the steering wheel, badges on the wheels. Msport chrome inner sill door plates, msport badge on the boot. All fitted from new at the BMW factory.
It's a 3/4000 pound option. It's a trim pack, sports seats, steering wheel msport alloys . Sports suspension. Body kit.
It has 272 BHP same as the SE, so it's no more powerful or faster.
ITS AN MSPORT, NOT AN M3. If I put an M3 BADGE on it THAT would be different.
Is your car an Msport version, if it is feel free to keep the badge. If it's an SE, I won't loose any sleep over that either
