TITAN or SCHWARZ ?

Someone took out my mirror so i'm looking to replace this part
Any idea what TITAN and SCHWARZ is below on realoem?

Titan is the titanium silver coloured trim, Schwarz is the black option.

From memory all std e53 came with this mirror trim as black (schwarz) the Titan trim piece came as part of a dealer fit Exterior Titan Trim Pack

There is a matt black(standard) and gloss black(sport) versions of this trim IIRC...
This is the offside/drivers gloss version I think 51167002320
