How to adjust Side bolsters on back to move?

I've got the seats where the side bolsters move when I turn on and off the car
Is it possible to get them more tight fitting?

Im guessing you can only do this with comfort seats ?? mine has this and its the little button which is on the button that reclines the seat forwards and backwards i believe. Again im guessing yours must have this if there moving when you switch car on/off

Which button should do the side bolsters to hug tighter, the piece where my hand is on?
